As a result, my effort in the gym was inconsistent and along with improper workout form, due to this low energy and ignorance in many areas, I ended up injured several times over. These last three years as I’ve learned how to fuel my body and properly lift, have been a fresh start for my active lifestyle, and now with what I know and am still learning, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and I’ve never felt or looked better.
