Christina’s vast educational background has allowed her the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients over the years- from improvement in sport performance to treatment in cardiac rehabilitation.However, her passion for women's health and fitness began when she realized the overwhelming number of women experiencing the negative effects of hormonal changes on their body composition. I was born in Oakland, California in May of 1981, and moved to Southern California at the age of 18. I joined the Marine Corps and was stationed in 29 Palms, California, which was not the most pleasant place to live. After serving in Iraq in 2003, 1 moved to Okinawa, Japan for a short period before leaving the military in 2007. I have been settled in Temecula, where I still enjoy living today despite all this heat out here.Fitness has always been an essential part of my life. I played basketball and swam in high school and became a martial arts instructor in the Marine Corps. I've been passionate about powerlifting for a long time and have since added Olympic lifting to my repertoire. I am certified to coach both, as I enjoy the technicality of the heavy lifts. Recently, I also ventured into bodybuilding, and became an IFBB Pro in the classic division. I work out six days a week, for two hours or more each day. As a personal trainer, I love helping people of all ages, from 9 to 79, achieve their fitness goals, whether it's powerlifting, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, or lifestyle changes. I'm easy to talk to and always have a smile on my face.
