Franco Giordanengo – Temecula Personal Trainer
I was born in 1987 in Argentina, in a small and beautiful city in the center of the province of Córdoba, where sport and the values of competition are essential in the development of people. My Italian/Argentinean family instilled in me the importance of an active life. I started practicing sports like soccer and rugby when I was about five years old.
Even before we knew how to walk, our parents put a ball under our feet, showing us the importance of sports. I have been playing sports since 1992. I played soccer and rugby at different levels and later as a professional athlete. I was offered professional contracts in Spain as well.
I am passionate about other sports, such as downhill mountain biking, which I have practiced for many years. I also played horse sports called pato. It is a combination of rugby and basketball played on horseback. During the summer, I preferred swimming in my hometown lake. Moreover, running was one of my specialties. Since most of the sports I practiced demanded running fast and long distances, I specialized in endurance, agility, and power.
My career choice to become a personal trainer grew out of my desire to promote a healthy lifestyle. I rely on my personal experiences to teach my clients everything I know about an active lifestyle involving mental, physical, or motivational aspects.
