Jarvis Anderson is a highly motivated and accomplished personal trainer based in Temecula, California. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, he has helped numerous clients transform their bodies and achieve their fitness goals.
Born and raised in Southern California, Jarvis has always had a passion for fitness and athletics. He played multiple sports in high school and went on to play college football at Azusa Pacific University. It was during his time as a college athlete that he developed a deep understanding of the importance of proper nutrition and exercise for optimal performance.
After college, Jarvis pursued a career in fitness and quickly established himself as one of the top trainers in the area. He has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from professional athletes to stay-at-home moms. He is known for his ability to create customized workout and nutrition plans that are tailored to each individual’s specific needs and goals.
In addition to his work as a personal trainer, Jarvis is also a motivational speaker and entrepreneur. He founded the No Excuses Lifestyle brand, which is focused on inspiring and empowering people to live their best lives through fitness and personal development. He frequently shares his message of perseverance and determination on social media, where he has a large and dedicated following.
Jarvis is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is also certified in Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement. He continues to expand his knowledge and expertise through ongoing education and training.
Outside of work, Jarvis enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through weightlifting, hiking, and other outdoor activities. He is dedicated to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle and is passionate about helping others do the same.

Throughout my childhood, college years, and adulthood as an athlete, I understand how injuries, and then a busy career and/or family life can shift one’s priorities over their own health. I am living proof that anyone’s obstacles can be overcome, perceived barriers to one’s wellness can be surpassed, and even levels of fitness from years past can be re imagined and super ceded.I have been a teacher / instructor for over 20 years & I hold a Masters Degree in Teaching & Learning. I have a wide range of experiences in motivating & challenging students, with various learning styles, and coaching them toward success in learning & behavior modification as they learn & grow. I desire to help ANY student, of any age, reach their maximum potential!I also have experience playing multiple sports, but especially soccer, at the club & collegiate levels, as well as being a women’s collegiate soccer coach, high school girl’s coach, and boys/girls youth soccer coach.Fitness, nutrition, and overall health and wellness greatly contribute to my ability to carry out all of my responsibilities as a mother, wife, teacher, and Worship Director at my local church.
