After breaking his left wrist in a soccer game at age 16, he discovered the joy of weightlifting while rehabilitating his injury and building up his strength. As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he has dedicated his career to helping others achieve their fitness goals. He has noticed that the missing key to success is often the mindset of the individual. That’s why he is also a mindset coach, with a background in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which is the study of how success is created within the mind.
