These principles have guided my life and career, and now I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
After retiring from the Marine Corps, I realized my passion for helping people reach their full potential. Bodybuilding & Body Transformation Coach –– Hey y’all! My name is Reuben Glass, an IFBB Pro and 3x Olympian based in Temecula, California offering in-person, hybrid, and online coaching programs. I’ve been a dedicated athlete since I was a kid, starting with football at the age of five. Throughout my college years, I continued to compete, balancing football with track and field. My passion for sports led me to boxing, where I spent nine years honing my skills and competing in the Golden Gloves.
Beyond combat sports, I’ve also excelled in powerlifting, breaking multiple records in both the USAPL and USPA. This diverse athletic background has equipped me with a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of various sports and the strategies needed to succeed.
My personal experiences have fueled my desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. Saivion James – Weight Loss & Body Transformation Coach

Hey Family, my name is Saivion James, Owner of Saivion Training and Conditioning. I was originally born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, but I moved to the Inland Empire after serving in the military as a Crew Chief and Helicopter Mechanic in the Marine Corps. Through my experience, I have formed a burning passion for helping people of all ages, sizes, and colors take control of their health.
Experience:
During my youth, I was raised to consume fatty, deep-fried foods, so much so that the fried foods were the only thing I enjoyed eating. This led to being ridiculed by other kids and being labeled “the fat kid.” Due to not only myself but my entire Family having poor nutritional diets, each one of my family members has lifestyle diabetes, hypertension, or other nutritional-related illnesses. The harsh words hurt but growing to realize what diabetes was and how it dramatically affected the quality of life of the people around me lead me to search for help. I explored YouTube to find out how I could live a better life. I became passionate about running long distances, resistance training, and weight loss. Unfortunately, no matter how many blisters or calluses I got, I still had not learned anything about nutrition, so the results I had hoped for didn’t come. Once graduating high school, I met others who mentored me in macronutrients and micronutrients. I was finally able to take control of my health, and it was a freeing experience. Ultimately, I joined the Marine Corps, and I was able to push my mental, physical, and spiritual fitness continuously by building relationships with people from all walks of life. My passion for fitness lies in the diverse athletes I’m able to meet and help break plateaus or thrive through life’s challenges. I believe you can learn something from anyone and everyone, no matter their age, size, or ethnicity. You can learn so much about others and even more about yourself through fitness.

I specialize in mind, body, and lifestyle transformation. I design personalized workout plans for running, weight training, and performance athletes to help them turn their dreams into reality. I focus on longevity with all my athletes. Mobility, flexibility, and mental stability are essential to anyone making a change. My goal is to provide my clients with all the tools they need by partnering with a reputable supplement brand and local meal prep company to offer affordable, versatile meals and supplements to assist in their transition into their fitness journey. All athletes have 24/7 access to me for any questions, criticism, or just to have a conversation about life.

My mission is that everyone who comes in contact with me throughout my lifetime can learn something from me, and I can learn something from them. My goal is to build a more positive community that embraces others. I want to eradicate the “gatekeeping” mentality so many of us experience when we begin our fitness journeys. Nutrition, supplements, weight training, and cardiovascular information should be shared freely between families and friends so that diseases like diabetes and hypertension can be controlled and eventually not affect the future, as it has fatally affected so many of my ancestry.
