    As a single mother of two teenagers, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to balance daily responsibilities with maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. My own fitness journey began thirteen years ago after a health scare threatened to take away my joy of movement. Rather than accepting the prognosis from my doctor, I focused on being active and fit once again. This was the beginning of my addiction to fitness, particularly group fitness classes. I began teaching classes to regain my strength and endurance, and I quickly realized how much I loved helping others feel good about themselves through exercise.Through my love of group fitness, I became an International Trainer/Presenter for LesMills, a global leader in the fitness industry, as well as a NASM CPT - Personal Trainer.
