Zahra Jackson – Weightloss and Hypertrophy Personal Trainer – Hello! My name is Zahra Jackson. I am a competitive amateur bodybuilder! I have been bodybuilding for 3 years. In those three years, I have had the pleasure of competing three times. I am on the road to pursuing my IFBB Pro card. Prior to competing, I have been extremely active in high school and college sports such as basketball, track and field, softball, and golf. I have found my true love in bodybuilding and I am looking to inspire and help others in their journey!

I specialize in strength and hypertrophy training, group exercise instruction, weight loss, and health and nutrition. I strive to make an impact in people’s lives for them to achieve their healthiest and most desired look or goal. Building consistency is key and I will work to ensure you reach your goal by providing you detailed instruction, training programs, and weekly check-ins. Reaching your fitness goals shouldn’t have to be over complicated.     Personal Trainer in Temecula - Born in Boston Mass, moved to California in 1988 when I enlisted in the Marine Corps. Was stationed at Camp Pendleton Ca at Edson Range, WFTBN as an ammunition specialist.Went to Platt College after I was discharged and earned my BA degree in multimedia animation and 3D graphics. My passion soon became 3D character model development and motion capture.As time went by, it was hard to find a job doing what I loved to do so I applied for a job a Palomar Hospital as a maintenance engineer where I worked for 15 years. People at the hospital always asked me if I were a personal trainer just because I always kept myself in shape, but I just nodded my head and said naw.At the ripe old age of 50 I decided to compete in my first ever men’s physique competition where I placed 4th because I seen one of my friends do it close to my age.
