|As a single mother of 2 teenagers, I understand the daily struggles of managing life while trying to live a healthy and active lifestyle. I began my fitness journey 13 years ago after a health scare threatened to take away my joy of movement. I refused to accept the Dr’s prognosis by re-directed my focus towards being active again. Fitness became my addiction. I fell in love with Group Fitness and began teaching classes to regain my strength and endurance. To feel good. Little did I know it would change my life!That evolved into becoming an International Trainer/Presenter for LesMills, an International leader in the fitness industry as well as NASM CPT - Personal Trainer. From 1:1 personal training, to small group training and group fitness, I take pride in my ability to connect, motivate, educate and accommodate your fitness abilities.
