I’m Eugene Bristol, the owner of SWHOLE at Self Made Training Facility in Temecula, California. My fitness journey began at a young age, growing up in Florida as an athlete. At 23, I joined the Marine Corps, where I served for 25 years. During my time in the military, I learned invaluable lessons about honor, courage, commitment, and discipline. These principles have guided my life and career, and now I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
After retiring from the Marine Corps, I realized my passion for helping people reach their full potential. I specialize in working with individuals over 40 who are looking to get back in shape and reclaim their best selves. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who has fallen out of a fitness routine, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
