Meet me, Alundas Havens, a personal trainer driven by a deep passion for helping busy professionals get in the best shape of their lives. With over 13 years of experience in the fitness, I have developed a reputation as an expert in training clients of all ages and fitness levels, particularly in weight loss, strength training, and advanced mindset development.
My coaching journey began with a desire to get healthy. I previously battled numerous injuries while in the Marine Corps, which led me down a path of healing. I comprehend the profound difference that physical health can make, not just in terms of appearance but in overall quality of life. My goal is to help clients become the best version of themselves while showing others that it is never too late to start their journey.
Although I have a Business Management Degree and am currently working on my Masters in Sports Psychology, I have learned a few tricks on how to prioritize your health while running a business and taking care of two little ones at home.
I take a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not only on physical exercise but also on nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being. I sincerely believe that every client is unique and work closely with each individual to develop a personalized fitness plan that fits their lifestyle, goals, and needs.
