Hey everyone! My name is Kyle, and I’ve walked a path marked by multiple combat tours and the challenges of being a disabled veteran. After dedicating 16 years of my life to the Army, I found myself confronting career-ending injuries. Despite the obstacles, I’ve triumphed over numerous traumatic head injuries, enduring disc and nerve damage in my neck and lower back, as well as shoulder injuries and combat-related PTSD.Now, as a personal trainer, my mission transcends mere physical fitness. It’s about empowering others who grapple with injuries and chronic pain to reclaim their lives, one day at a time. My approach is holistic and rooted in faith, recognizing that true wellness encompasses not only the body but also the mind and spirit. In my sessions, I strive to cultivate resilience and strength in both mental and physical realms, ensuring that each participant leaves feeling empowered and rejuvenated.
In addition to my military background, I bring four years of experience in training and coaching youth athletes to excel in their respective sports. I’ve led teams to prestigious CIF competitions and national events in track and cross country, witnessing firsthand the transformative power of dedicated training and mentorship. My journey from military service to personal training has been deeply fulfilling. It’s not just about the physical transformations I see in my clients, although those are undeniably rewarding.
