Christina Jakymiw – Certified Fitness Trainer
Christina Jakymiw is a certified fitness trainer dedicated to helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. Christina completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition from San Diego State University, and holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University of Long Beach. Christina’s vast educational background has allowed her the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients over the years- from improvement in sport performance to treatment in cardiac rehabilitation.
However, her passion for women’s health and fitness began when she realized the overwhelming number of women experiencing the negative effects of hormonal changes on their body composition. Christina also noticed the lack of knowledge in the fitness space to address this issue. She resolved to learn as much as she could and obtained certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Pre/Post-Natal Fitness Coach. For the past 10 years Christina has specialized in creating personalized training and diet plans for women that take into consideration the unique hormonal and physiological changes that occur throughout their lives. She is particularly interested in helping women who are struggling with PCOS, menopause, and postpartum weight gain.
Christina’s approach to fitness is based on building lifestyle habits that lead to sustainable results. She emphasizes the importance of a healthy mindset, balanced nutrition, and regular exercise in achieving long-term health and wellness. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply improve your overall health and wellbeing, Christina Jakymiw is the fitness trainer you need. Her personalized, research-based approach is sure to help you achieve your goals and transform your life.
