What’s up everyone! My name is Allen and I have been a personal trainer and a Men’s Physique competitor for about a year now. Health and fitness are the two things that I am most passionate about. I get a kick out of teaching people the ins and outs of working out and eating right. It is always a great feeling when people let me know that the advice and knowledge I have shared with them has made an impact in their lives. This is the main reason why I became a personal trainer. I want to be able to coach people so that they too can reach their goals no matter what they may be. My style of coaching will help you reach your goals when it comes to working out but, it will also help you to change your habits, mindset, and perspective with regards to health fitness. Educating clients in this way, in my opinion and experience will lead to long term and sustainable changes which you will be able to carry on in your day to day lives. My specialty lies in general fitness and weight loss. I also specialize in working with beginners and those who are new to the fitness environment. If it is your first time working out in the gym, then I am the coach for you! Working with me, I guarantee you that you will be able to develop the habits needed to reach your fitness goals no matter what they are. Health and fitness have played a fundamental role in my own transformation, and so my goal is to do everything possible to help my clients in their own transformation journeys.
