
Ryan has just moved to Temecula from Maryland! He was a former collegiate track & field athlete and Strength & Performance Coach for the University of Maryland Women’s Basketball team. He also coaches Boys AAU & Girls Varsity HS Basketball.
Ryan specializes in sports performance training, working with middle, high school, and collegiate athletes. However, he has tons of experience training individuals of all ages & fitness levels. With a goal to bridge the gap between injury & return-to-play, Ryan incorporates many injury prevention and corrective-based exercises into his regular programming. He also emphasizes many functional training parameters to allow his clients & athletes to transfer what they learn & accomplish in the gym and take them out into the real world.
