
Hello! My name is Jalen Russell. I’m a former Division I Athlete & now operate as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Fitness Coach. I would love to be your trainer! I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree (Exercise Science) in 2020, and my Master’s degree (Sport’s Performance and Conditioning) in 2022. All while playing Division I football and being voted team captain 3 seasons in a row.
I love to train anybody/everybody and help them achieve their goals. I have significant experience with both athletes and the general public. With a background in the physical therapy setting, I’m also very comfortable and enjoy working with the elderly! No matter the experience and or familiarity around the gym, I would love to assist you in your health and wellness, weight loss, strength & conditioning etc.
Along with strength & conditioning, as a former football player, I love coaching and teaching the new generations entering and participating in the sport. Being a football personal trainer gives me great joy, and training other sports is just as joyful!

Hi! I have been a part of the fitness industry for about 4 to 5 years now. My journey started when I experienced heart ship and trauma in my life and needed to find an outlet. Working out and finding a drive through bettering myself and my mind became something I never thought I needed! My commitment to health and fitness comes from my deep passion and drive to better myself and to come alongside the people around me. I specializes in strength training functional training and weight loss! My goal as a trainer is to help individuals develop a confidence and self love through the world of fitness and health!
