I was born in 1987 in Argentina, in a small and beautiful city in the center of the province of Córdoba, where sport and the values of competition are essential in the development of people. My Italian/Argentinean family instilled in me the importance of an active life. I started practicing sports like soccer and rugby when I was about five years old.
Even before we knew how to walk, our parents put a ball under our feet, showing us the importance of sports. I have been playing sports since 1992. I played soccer and rugby at different levels and later as a professional athlete. I was offered professional contracts in Spain as well.
I am passionate about other sports, such as downhill mountain biking, which I have practiced for many years. I also played horse sports called pato. It is a combination of rugby and basketball played on horseback. During the summer, I preferred swimming in my hometown lake. Moreover, running was one of my specialties. Since most of the sports I practiced demanded running fast and long distances, I specialized in endurance, agility, and power.
My career choice to become a personal trainer grew out of my desire to promote a healthy lifestyle. I rely on my personal experiences to teach my clients everything I know about an active lifestyle involving mental, physical, or motivational aspects. I use my training as an athlete and my studies in sports science as assets to guide my clients to achieve their personal goals. Furthermore, living and training in foreign countries have allowed me to gain a broad view of healthy lifestyles from many perspectives.
I studied psycho-pedagogy and early stimulation for two years (a combination of psychology, psychobiology, human learning development). I completed more than sixty-four hours in these disciplines, focusing on motivational aspects and exploring psychological factors that contribute to motivation. I continuously study and learn and I hold certifications in different countries (personal trainer, CPR, flexibility, TRX, kettlebell, hyper volt, perform better seminar, nutrition, fitness leadership and motivation, agility and coordination) and many aspects that I learned about fitness I learned through my experience as an athlete – aspects that cannot be learned from books – elements that you must live and feel in order to recognize them.
I am passionate about working with children, high-level athletes, and those who struggle with obesity. When I studied psycho-pedagogy, I learned how to work with special populations, such as pregnant women, overweight persons, autistic children, and children with various abilities.
I praise God, for He is responsible for everything that happens in my life. God has granted me the opportunity to impact the lives of thousands of athletes that I trained throughout my life. My dream was always to have a family and promote a healthy life. Today, I am who I want to be and do what I want because of God. I want to express my appreciation to my wife, Abigail Giordanengo, for supporting not only my business and my dreams but, above all, for making me the father of Liam Giovanni, a super active and healthy boy who already has a ball under his feet.

Working from home meant we could vary snack and coffee breaks, change our desks or view, goof off, drink on the job, even spend the day in pajamas
